When will I receive my order?

On average the delivery time is 9 days (working days)


It usually takes 3-7 days to process an order, after which it is shipped. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

  • United States: 3 - 4 business days
  • Europe: 6 - 8 business days
  • Australia: 2 - 14 business days
  • Japan: 4 - 8 business days
  • International: 10 - 20 business days

 

 

Where will my order be shipped from?

We work with an on-demand fulfillment company that has facilities all over the world !

 

Will customs fees be added?


Additional customs and tax fees may be charged for international
orders. These fees are not our responsibility and are charged by your local customs
office. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please
check directly with your local customs office to see if they apply duties and
taxes to your purchases.

 


My order should have arrived, but I still haven't received it. What should I do?


Before contacting us, please help us by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any errors in
    the shipping address
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package
  • Drop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address is correct and the package was not left at the post office or your neighbor's, contact us on this contact form with your order number.
If you found an error in your shipping address, we can send you a replacement order, but the shipping will be at your expense.

How are your products made?


We work with a print-on-demand distributor. They have locations
all over the world, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and
shipped from the location that can do it most efficiently!


How do I track my order?


You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships. If you
have any questions about tracking or shipping your order, please email us at samflam.shop@gmail.com.


I received the wrong/damaged product, what should I do?


We’re really sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged.
To help us resolve this issue quickly, please email us on this contact form within a few weeks with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have regarding your order.


Return and Refund ?

Our goal is your satisfaction!

All of our products are printed to order especially for you, so we do not offer exchanges or refunds.

However, our Happiness Guarantee means that if your product is defective or damaged, simply email us within 30 days of receiving your order on this contact form and we will make it right with a hassle-free replacement or refund.

All we will ask is a photo of the product defect.
